Cemile has been working in the alternative health field for over 15yrs and has helped hundreds of clients re gain their health. Cemile initially trained in holistic and deep tissue massage and Anatomy and physiology amd then went on to study Kinesiology with The Academy of Systematic Kinesiology which she mainly practices now.
Kinesiology is a holistic therapy which gets to the root cause of many health issues, using the body's bio feedback mechanism through muscle testing to gain information about the client.
Kinesiology works on the basis that every muscle is linked to an organ through energy pathways called meridians. The aim is to bring the body back to its balanced state ( homeostasis) mental, chemical, physical and electrical. If the muscle goes weak or spongy the kinesiologist then identifies what will strengthen it, for example, nutritional supplements, herbal and or flower remedies, energy healing, structural or massage corrections, stress release techniques and so on, the same goes for a strong muscle and what may be weakening it.
Having experienced debilitating health issues myself it was having Kinesiology that got to the root causes of my issues, I was so happy and amazed with the transformation of my health, this is why I went on to study Kinesiology so that i could help others.
I have a strong interest in how the mind, emotions, trauma affect the body and the gut brain connection that all health originates from the stomach, how we are all spiritual beings and the importance for our health to have this connection with the divine creator.
